Finding the
Right Fit
CHOOSING A THERAPIST IS PERSONAL
The relationship you build with your therapist matters. We believe that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, which is why we encourage clients to learn about each clinician and choose the person who feels like the best fit for their needs and goals.

Peter's Approach
I believe meaningful therapy begins with a strong relationship between therapist and client. My style is engaged, direct, and collaborative—I won’t simply sit back and listen. I’ll ask questions, offer observations, and help you look more closely at the patterns that may be keeping you or your relationships stuck. Much of my work focuses on understanding what is happening beneath the surface of conflict, including the emotions, experiences, and relational patterns shaping how you respond to yourself and the people closest to you. My goal is for you to feel both challenged and encouraged as we work toward greater self-awareness, deeper communication, healthier relationships, and meaningful change.

Cole's Approach
An essential part of being human is navigating seasons when we feel disconnected—from our loved ones, our bodies, or the stories that once gave our lives meaning. I work with teens (16+), adults, couples, and families navigating chronic illness, religious deconstruction, life transitions, and other experiences that can leave us feeling lost or uncertain about where we belong. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other systems-based approaches, I offer an affirming, collaborative space to explore life’s difficult questions, make room for grief and change, and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging and more authentic relationships with yourself and others.

Eric's Approach
I enjoy working with couples and men who want more from their relationships but may not always know how to get there. Whether you’re having trouble communicating, feeling emotionally distant from your partner, or trying to understand what it means to show up well as a man, partner, or father, therapy can help uncover what’s getting in the way. I’m particularly interested in how attachment, masculinity, identity, and learned patterns shape the ways we connect with others, and I bring a straightforward, approachable style to helping clients build greater emotional awareness, intimacy, and connection.
